We prioritize understanding students' real experiences, feelings, and feedback to create a space that feels safe and welcoming.

The program promotes honest, real conversations around mental health, focusing on progress over unattainable ideals.

We provide practical tools and insights that enable students to take charge of their emotional wellbeing with confidence.

Building a supportive network is key—our program fosters peer connection and a sense of shared journey to reduce isolation.

Designed to fit into busy student lives, we aim for balance in all areas—from academics to self-care—without adding more stress.

What is Manam?

The problem

Life as a student can be a roller coaster - exciting one moment, overwhelming the next. Whether it’s juggling academics, friendships, or just figuring out life, it’s easy to feel stuck or out of sync.

The Manam solution

That’s where Manam comes in. It’s your space to hit pause, tune in to what’s really going on inside, and pick up simple, practical ways to handle whatever life throws at you. Manam is a light-hearted, hands-on, and fun approach to wellbeing - no heavy lectures or textbook theories here. Through engaging activities and real conversations, it’s about helping you find balance, build focus, and feel more grounded in every part of your life. And the benefits?Better performance in academics, stronger friendships, and an edge when it comes to placements and career.

Team Manam

Core Facilitator

Hey there! 👋 I’m Maheima, your guide to turning life’s chaos into calm and discovering new ways to thrive—not  just survive.

👩‍💼 Professionally, I’m an emotional wellbeing coach and inner energy practitioner ✨ – fancy words for someone who helps you make friends with your feelings and find the best version of yourself (or at least get close!).

💫📈 In another avatar, I’m an IIM Bangalore alum and a Growth Marketing & Product Specialist with 18 years of experience making startups and big companies thrive. 👩‍👩‍👦‍👦 On the personal front, I’m a Punjabi married to a Bengali (think Vicky Donor but reversed), raising two awesome boys 🏀🎨 and constantly chasing after school projects and bedtimes.

I’m deeply passionate about helping young minds find their calm and learn to navigate life with confidence, curiosity, and kindness—and Manam is my way of bringing that mission to life.
